Photos: Gator fans pack O'Connell Center for hoops championship game

Nearly 6,000 members of The Gator Nation turned out Monday night at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center to cheer on the University of Florida men’s basketball team to its first NCAA national championship.

Students, faculty, staff and friends rocked the O-Dome as the team turned in a decisive 73-57 victory over the Bruins. Here’s a look at the celebration as the victory unfolded:
