Annual safety fair focuses on Spring Break issues

The University of Florida Police Department will host the 25th Annual Spring Break Safety Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 6 on the North Lawn of the Reitz Student Union.

Students will have the opportunity to learn important personal and property safety information for vacationing during Spring Break, as well as fill out free bicycle theft prevention registrations and take part in drawings for prizes.

Special displays and activities will be presented by GatorWell, Alachua County Victim Services and Rape Crisis Center, UF Student Legal Services, Florida Highway Patrol and other public safety organizations from around the state.
