Dental Desperados Campaign a slam dunk

There was a whirl of boots, hats, kerchiefs and dollar bills during a recent two-day Dental Desperados Community Campaign. A silent auction, dunking booth and voting contest — to determine who would win a pie in the face — were part of the festivities. David Stillwell received the most $1 votes for the honor of having a pie in the face, which was administered by Dean Teresa Dolan.

The event helped the College of Dentistry raise $2,000 for the annual UF Community Campaign.
