National Public Radio: Steve Otwell

Steve Otwell, professor of food science and human nutrition, was interviewed on National Public Radio’s “All Things Considered” on May 26 about UF’s program to train fish inspectors to smell oil components absorbed by fish in the Gulf of Mexico. The program was the subject of numerous other stories and the result of an IFAS news release.
