Russian State Symphony Orchestra performance canceled

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The performance of the Russian State Symphony Orchestra, originally scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011, at the Phillips Center for Performing Arts, has been canceled.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the Russian State Symphony Orchestra’s Winter, 2011 Tour, has been canceled,” said Michael Blachly, director of University of Florida Performing Arts.
