RTS reduces service during upcoming break

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — RTS will reduce bus service during the University of Florida’s upcoming break from May 7 through May 13.
RTS will reduce summer service on City Fixed Routes 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, 17, 20, 23, 34, 35 and 43. There will be no service on City Fixed Routes 21, 38 and 39.
The remaining City Fixed Routes 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 15, 24, 25, 36 and 75 will follow the regular Summer 2012 weekday service schedule. There will also be regular ADA service throughout the break. Weekend service will remain unchanged other than Route 126, which will not be in service.
Routes 22, 27, 28, 29, 46, 62 and 76 will not be in service until the fall semester, which starts Aug. 19.
There will be no UF Campus Shuttle service May 7-13. Later Gator service will be suspended until the Summer B semester, which starts July 2.
RTS will begin its regular summer service on Monday, May 14.
