Freshman applicants to UF learn on Friday if they’ve been accepted

WHAT: Decision Day, when freshman applicants find out whether they have been accepted to the University of Florida. UF typically receives roughly 29,000 applications and admits about 11,000 in order to fill 6,400 freshman spots. This year, UF also will be admitting the next group of students for its Innovation Academy. http://innovationacademy.aa.ufl.edu/
